The only good thing about working at Lighthouse was being able to help people and make a difference.
Cons
Always short staffed, always harassed on your off days to come in to work, mandatory 16 hour shifts at times, management uncaring about patients and staff, high risk of getting injured by psychotic patients due to short staff, very high nurse to patient ratio, building old, filthy and moldy.
