      Management doesn't care. This place will actually file criminal charges against you for defending yourself against patients they allow to stay there so the company can make money.

      Pros

      Work with Children/Adolescents/Adults, Can be flexible with hours, Staff support. Most often admin support. Busy and always could use more help. If you like overtime, this is the job for you.

      Cons

      Some children under care of DFCS and just require more support. Some parents not as responsive with children under their guardianship. If you do not want overtime, Can be challenging when the census is high
