Difficult hours and encouraged to put in a lot of time. For a job that is not paid hourly, it can be emotionally taxing to put in extra hours for no pay.
I don't think I have anything positive to say other than they're good at their jobs. They constructed an enticing job posting, only to be told the truth about the job during the interview. I was checked out halfway through the interview.

Commission work. Basically, it's the kind of job where you're supposed to walk around harassing people to donate money to the non-profit they're working for. That's what they mean by face-to-face.
