- The studio is permanently riddled with Covid cases, yet they insist on keeping everyone in the office. Very reckless.
- Cold office
- No automatic raises despite rise in inflation. People have to beg them for a tiny raise of 100EUR and usually get rejected. You also need to have a formal interrogative meeting to convince them you are worthy of a minuscule raise.
- Hard to get holidays on the dates you ask. If you have a family/partner and you want to go on vacation together, good luck with that
- Awful time management. The deadlines are always creeping up, no project is ever finished on time due to slow communication and hundreds of unnecessary retakes (both internal and external).
- Unable to use any work in your portfolio or having to find it yourself on Youtube
