Where do i start... The management coerces people into taking on more work than viable under the flag that it is a passion project. They gaslight you make you believe youre the problem when in fact everybody in the studio feels the same way. Some Management/Leads/Surpervisors in my experience have been bullies. They dont identify good leaders and instead reward 'Yes People' through promotion who will cave to the ridiculous targets set by the company The projects may be cool, but the time frames they expect work is unachievable and that reflects in consistent missed deadlines by the studio, and then they have the audacity to say the employees who are putting in unpaid extra hours arent working hard enough. The pay Structures within the studio are disrespectful to the artist with the quality of the work they expect.

You are treated like a robot cog in a never ending machine. There is no respect for how the staff is treated. It's been a studio where I kept witnessing coworkers getting burnt out and loosing faith in the animation industry as a whole. The fundamental way the studio is run needs to drastically change. There is a big miscommunication between staff and the higher ups. Having inexperienced people at high end important roles has a negative effect on projects and how they are scheduled overall. The pay is also low for a job that is seen as skilled work.
