      - Lots of learnings from fellow devs - CEO and COO is approachable

      Cons

      - No dedicated Business Analyst that is why the requirements are not clear. - Power tripping and there are times that the “authority” is becoming subjective in task management and feedbacking. - “Authority” always gaslight us and raising the voice just to validate the claim. - OT is becoming a culture to finish the tasks - Pinpointing culture just to wash hands

      The internship program is good, the mentors guide their mentees with care and give constructive feed back to improve their respective work. The environment is healthy and friendly. I highly recommend it for those who seek internship.
