      Pros

      I like how my career growth went far.

      Cons

      No work-life balance. Low salary. Will force employees to work overtime but not paid (offset only). They're not approving offsets/leave. They don't have an initiative to release your final paycheck. No HMO.

      - Lots of learnings from fellow devs - CEO and COO is approachable

      Cons

      - No dedicated Business Analyst that is why the requirements are not clear. - Power tripping and there are times that the “authority” is becoming subjective in task management and feedbacking. - “Authority” always gaslight us and raising the voice just to validate the claim. - OT is becoming a culture to finish the tasks - Pinpointing culture just to wash hands
