Pros
Great working IT systematic with clear SOP. Able to have the exposures with many integrated systems which allow an individual to gain knowledge on how the business run globally, have the chance to work with different colleagues around the globe. And it has a certain level of flexible working hours.
Cons
Big structural changes affected IT globally, with the direction to replace most internal IT resources with a partnered company. In the main reason to cut costs.
