Pros
To work here is quite fun provided explosive technical growth. Open door policy and flexible work from home is something which is really awesome about the work culture. Employee oriented management and work model very much add on to the job satisfaction, in a positive note. Also, could interact with a lot of employees in other countries and get to know a lot of what is happening technically, around the world. I strongly believe it is good for the freshers.
Cons
Very rarely, we do have to extend late in the evening so as to match and meet with the people, in the other parts of the world, with high contrast in the time zone difference.
