Pros

Salary was decent, location of the office is amazing, many career growth opportunities are available, and the founder of the company truly is passionate about his military background which I value, respect, and appreciate.

Cons

It doesn’t matter how great you are at your job, if you’re never late, you never call out sick, you’re always friendly, always willing to volunteer for anything needed, promoted within months of being hired... if you don’t fit in with the clique, those individuals make it bluntly obvious you’re not wanted and it soon spreads to the higher ups. Management couldn’t be more two faced and the hours are horrible. The rumors, lies, and drama in house is never ending and it gets old quick. The higher ups only hear the junk from management and form their opinion of people based off hear say. They don’t take the time to get to know and see for themselves. I know this for a fact because I was apart of management and witnessed first hand what happens and what is said behind the scenes when the doors are closed. Employees are completely shunned from the entire management group for some of the smallest and simplest things that one person noticed, stuck their nose up to, and the others followed like puppets.

Pros

The people here are terrific. Everyone cares and puts a high level of effort into what they do. I've both developed my career here and built an outstanding network with many lifelong friends of other talented people in the Greenville community.

Cons

Never a dull moment. There's always a challenge to meet (new systems, processes, dealing with other departments that have differing goals). Not for the faint of heart, but career growth potential here is tremendous if you're ready to roll up your sleeves.

Pros

Great company culture within teams. Beer cart on Thursdays Themed events regularly occur. Weekly food is provided.

Cons

The company can afford going to many events with management twice a year, including baseball games, BMW drive experiences, going out of the country, give bonuses to the C suite, and provide food many times a week, but yet jobs are cut yearly. There are at least 2-4 lay off per year due to "market shifts" and "Company Changes". You are always on edge for the "What If". Why go above and beyond when your job is always at risk of termination? You are discouraged from WFH, even though they offer the hours to WFH. Team leads can wfh no questions asked for many days and lower-level employees can barely get one day to wfh. Team counts are low and to take PTO, it puts more strain on the other team members just to be gone for a couple of days. Upper management/Managers receive recognition for their achievement, even though the teams behind them do all the work. Lima's performance reviews are rigged and unfair. It is scaled 1-5 and you can never go past a 3 in most areas. This system is set to make you seem average and your bonuses/pay raises are affected. Upper Management is always scored a 4 or higher, due to them being favorited by upper management. If you're a regular employee, this is how they keep you in one spot for many years without advancement. See Advice for Management*
