Pros

Salary was decent, location of the office is amazing, many career growth opportunities are available, and the founder of the company truly is passionate about his military background which I value, respect, and appreciate.

Cons

It doesn’t matter how great you are at your job, if you’re never late, you never call out sick, you’re always friendly, always willing to volunteer for anything needed, promoted within months of being hired... if you don’t fit in with the clique, those individuals make it bluntly obvious you’re not wanted and it soon spreads to the higher ups. Management couldn’t be more two faced and the hours are horrible. The rumors, lies, and drama in house is never ending and it gets old quick. The higher ups only hear the junk from management and form their opinion of people based off hear say. They don’t take the time to get to know and see for themselves. I know this for a fact because I was apart of management and witnessed first hand what happens and what is said behind the scenes when the doors are closed. Employees are completely shunned from the entire management group for some of the smallest and simplest things that one person noticed, stuck their nose up to, and the others followed like puppets.

Pros

May be a decent place for first time in job market to get your feet wet and gain some experience.

Cons

Senior leadership is out of touch. Pay is low, benefits are expensive. If you’re not a part of the original team, you will always be an outsider. Scapegoating is a management style here. Data issues are rampant and worsening, garbage in, garbage out. When I was there everyone had two weeks PTO, and it never increases.

Pros

The people that work there at entry level positions are great and are easy to build personal and professional relationships with.

Cons

Mid and upper level management looks at employees as an asset and do not care about retention, career growth, or employee happiness. Job titles and descriptions change almost monthly with departments merging, changing processes, and changes to the day to day operations. Little to no info is given or communicated when these changes occur until the day of the change. When I started, my job was changed before I finished training which impacted my salary that I agreed to when I started. A few months later, the company underwent a "compensation study" to increase my departments salary so that it was not largely based off of bonuses. I was told that since I was hired within the last 6mo so I was already at market salary and only took a massive hit to my bonus pay. In summary, it is a very difficult place to work for if you are reliant on steady income that doesn't decrease.
