Anonymous online reviews don't give us what we need to put things right because we are only able to investigate and resolve concerns that are raised through our internal channels, where we can listen properly, gather the facts, and take meaningful action. We recognise that not every situation will feel resolved in the way individuals hope, but that does not mean concerns are ignored or dismissed. Matters are handled confidentially, and staff may not be aware of the actions taken. We are committed to listening to and continuously improving how we support our employees.
