      Pros

      Really no pros. This company has no HR, no processes, no accountability, no mentoring, no real leadership. It's a gong-show.

      Cons

      Information kept between certain people, leadership is not good (terrible actually), and they make you work like a dog. Zero culture, no awards or celebrating achievements, I used to dread going to work for about half a year.

      Pros

      Client roster is incredible. Working with the biggest sports brands, celebrities, fashion houses, and the projects we work on are during some of the most recognizable culture moments like NBA All-Star Weekend and Art Basel. Very diverse team, people across North America, remote work too.

      Aggressive deadlines and have to navigate through some ambiguity from client briefs
