Pros

Previous HR (luckily they got out of this circus already) hired an amazing team to work with, for which I will be forever grateful (trauma bonding kicked well).

Cons

- Unfortunately all these great people that I worked with are leaving, burning out or getting fired for no specific reason (other than management disliking them...) - Management couldn't care less about the product itself or even the design industry. The lack of respect for the designers, their experience and opinions is just beyond me. All they care about is how to get their money by becoming the next Canva or Figma, which *surprise* is already existing and totally out of their reach. So be prepared for a new detatched strategy every week. - Salaries are a complete joke for the amount of work, stress and gaslighting you are going to receive, so if you are passionate about being able to afford decent lifestyle in a big city, just give up. Even if you get somehow a decent salary because you worked previously in some *cool* startup, you clearly gonna spend it on your therapy.

all people except leadership members

Cons

incompetent leadership especially C level (just by name not by deserved experience). Incapable of telling the truth and just layoff people to reduce costs. C level constantly changing ideas and making decisions based on individual egos, continue to make bad business decisions costing people their jobs. They forced a 20% salary cut to everyone, then to bring us back to 100%, just laid off more people, which has been going on every 2/3 months for 2 years. They blocked all promotions except for the trinity of buddies at the top, the only ones to get promoted out of the whole company.

Pros

Flexible working hours, office location.

Cons

Bad salary, no benefits, bad communication between teams, upper management does not care for their employees, no clear methodology or vision for your team goals, constant changes in direction, CEO and HR have no people skills, you're always feeling like you're gonna get fired AND the product is trash. It's a mess.
