Pros

GPT I really liked how quick and engaging the hiring process was here. The onboarding was pretty cool too – got to meet the team, had an onboarding buddy, and everyone was super supportive, which really made a difference. I've got plenty of freedom in my role to do things my way, get involved in different projects, and I always feel like my input matters in meetings. The company's pretty open about where we're heading and what's going on, which is great. I'm all in with the company values and try to live by them. Everyone on the team is top-notch and always looking to push the envelope. So far, everything's been awesome, and I haven't come across any big downsides.

Cons

Honestly, I can't think of any downsides. It's all about understanding the ambitious goals and the level of competition we're up against, which means there's a lot of work, high standards, and big expectations. Personally, I'm all for this kind of challenging environment.

all people except leadership members

Cons

incompetent leadership especially C level (just by name not by deserved experience). Incapable of telling the truth and just layoff people to reduce costs. C level constantly changing ideas and making decisions based on individual egos, continue to make bad business decisions costing people their jobs. They forced a 20% salary cut to everyone, then to bring us back to 100%, just laid off more people, which has been going on every 2/3 months for 2 years. They blocked all promotions except for the trinity of buddies at the top, the only ones to get promoted out of the whole company.

Pros

Flexible working hours, office location.

Cons

Bad salary, no benefits, bad communication between teams, upper management does not care for their employees, no clear methodology or vision for your team goals, constant changes in direction, CEO and HR have no people skills, you're always feeling like you're gonna get fired AND the product is trash. It's a mess.
