Pros
Nothing really to boast off. Only pro you get paid on time and you will get paid even if you are grossly incompetent.
Cons
Very oppressive work environment especially in IT. They do not recieve suggestions in fact the person making suggestions gets attacked. There is no appreciation or respect for hard working staff the place is highly politically charged. IT is renowned for cowboy software development. Most senior IT management and are quite bad with big egos have no idea of what they are doing. The place is massively resourced every tom dick and harry is a manager in the IT department. Most people in IT management are in the company for atleast 8 years or more and they run empires.
