Bullying allowed by management. Making employees cry is ok.
Pros
Work relatively easy if you have an incompetent manager. Most likely they will be too busy trying to suck up to someone above them. Some workers are great people however deflated due to lack of support and Linfox like to kill innovation. Linfox will give you motivation to find something better.
Cons
Bullying culture allowed for certain managers. HR will have their backs. HR has been designed to protect the business not the employees. Very little room for career growth. Some managers are actually sociopaths that like to delegate all their work to others, yell when it's wrong and take the glory when it goes right. Dress code is a joke as for female managers you can wear insanely short skirts that becomes an eye sore, lowering productivity due to offensiveness.
