Pros

I was late for a very important partner meeting because of a family emergency. I had to apologize to our COO right after that but all he said was that I don't need to apologize, go back to the hospital, and take care of my mom. When most companies don't care about their employees much less their families, Lingble gave me the whole nine yards during this very difficult situation. If that ain't SUPPORT in big bold letters, I don't know what is.

Cons

Collaboration with the other teams is a bit restricted in a remote setting. Just a missed opportunity to personally engage with other bright minds in the organization.

Lingble's employees are across the world. We have a flexible, solution-oriented, and passionate team that is working toward the same goal even we don't work in the same office. The e-commerce industry we are working in is trending now and for people who like to always learn new things or take on challenges, this Is a place to be.

Cons

Remote working could be hard for some people when it comes to self-discipline.
