The company indeed has a wonderful work culture. Everyone generally loves their job and the comradery is unparalleled.

Cons

It's extremely busy and hectic, but the company does so much to make their employees feel comfortable.

Pros

I was late for a very important partner meeting because of a family emergency. I had to apologize to our COO right after that but all he said was that I don't need to apologize, go back to the hospital, and take care of my mom. When most companies don't care about their employees much less their families, Lingble gave me the whole nine yards during this very difficult situation. If that ain't SUPPORT in big bold letters, I don't know what is.

Cons

Collaboration with the other teams is a bit restricted in a remote setting. Just a missed opportunity to personally engage with other bright minds in the organization.

A great opportunity for your own creative realization. The ability to combine your favorite hobby with work. Effective work in an informal setting. The ability to independently make decisions and implement them. To tell you the truth, I'm happy to be part of the company

Cons

Some limitations related to remote working style. It takes concentration and silence, and your loved ones need to understand this. But this is not a problem for me
