Pros
The pay was decent, even good with somewhere between 20-40 hours of overtime your paychecks were great. Plus the ability to earn some extra money through some sales while doing the install.
Cons
Never Ending Overtime, I worked there for about 8 months, and it was the worst. My home life greatly suffered. I'd get up at 5:30am get ready and drive to work and start my shift at 6:30 then I would get off the earliest at 5:00PM but usually it was closer to 8:00PM, and as late as 11:00PM Manager was unwilling, unable, or didn't care to hire more capable people, his workers were overworked and it wasn't uncommon for people to just not show up anymore. There was heavy favoritism, and if you weren't a favorite you'd be the one who would be scheduled for the crappy jobs 4 hours away or take the extra jobs people couldn't finish in time.
