Pros

Nothing nothing nothing but remote work.

Cons

Management is all over the place, hiring C-level executives in replacement for laying for 00+ jobs TWICE in a year.

Thank you for taking time to share your thoughts as we appreciate all feedback. We made the difficult choice to decrease our staff size to create additional efficiencies and continue to build a strong company for the future. Our team did not take this lightly, and we acknowledge it's never easy.

Pros

Benefits; pto, medical and schedule flexibility.

Cons

My experience was defined by constant change with little to no documentation. Updates were often shared only with select team members in impromptu meetings and not communicated to the broader team. Even when changes were announced more widely, they were frequently revised on the spot, making it difficult to execute and stay aligned. Role responsibilities expanded significantly over time, including increased workload and expectations to be proficient in bith systems (SkuVault and Linnworks), without corresponding changes in title or compensation. Despite early discussions around investing in employee development, including training and certifications, there was no follow-through on career advancement or structured growth opportunities. Multiple rounds of layoffs significantly impacted morale and created an unstable day-to-day environment. There was also substantial executive turnover, including two CEO changes and several leadership shifts, which contributed to a lack of consistency and direction.
