      Pros

      Remote work, but you'll be micromanaged.

      Cons

      Mass layoffs and a half backed solution. Do not trust management, they will say what you want to hear to hire you but everything I was told during the interview process about the success of the sales team was a lie. OTE was completely made up to sell the job, it is far from a 50/50 situation.

      Management is all over the place, hiring C-level executives in replacement for laying for 00+ jobs TWICE in a year.

      -Remote work and Occasional offsites

      Cons

      -Lots of leading on of promotions/career advancement that never happens -Very flat organizational structure, not much room for advancement/promotions -Linnworks is currently handcuffed by its VC and culture has been severely impacted by this, the company no longer puts people at the forefront of their mission -Product is all over the place, tries to solve too many problems and not very well (churn rate is unbelievably high) -C-suite brushes problems under the rug, and doesn't take employee concerns seriously
