Supportive team with flexible time off, but pay is tough - Busniss Analyst Lippert Components Employee Review

Pros

Flexible time off policy and people who care about outcomes. There are legit professionals here.

Cons

Pay is hard to jump. They really make you sing for your supper after your initial offer so really negotiate up front if you can. They do pay increases in January and their camping season ends in September so every year they sing a sad song about how things are on a down turn. To my knowledge there is no bonus structure so motivation is difficult.

Pros

So far, not too many besides pay. Work isn't that hard specifically. And seems laid back for the most part. But thats about where it stops.

Cons

Training is a challenge. You'll get put into a department where there is very little English speaking. The trainer never explains anything and expects you to just watch and learn. Which some stuff is doable. But ive been here 3 weeks now, and never been explained how to find the next job, or what or why the process is this way. Haven't had ONE SINGLE HIGHER UP, SUPERVISOR, what have you, come up and ask me how I'm doing. Definitely seems like they dont care too much about new employees. Lied about the hours when I got hired in.
