Pros

* Good infrastructure and well-equipped office space * Competitive salary * Team includes experienced and motivated individuals * Company is still growing, with potential for future opportunities

Cons

Generally all and particularly the Art and Design team at the leadership level, can be difficult to work with. There appears to be a gap between current industry standards, their skills and experience level and how things are managed, which affects both the quality of output and overall workflow. Communication is often hard and unclear, and direction or feedback can be inconsistent, making it challenging to execute work efficiently. The culture is quite hierarchical, and navigating internal politics and dynamics can feel more important than the work itself at times (mis-management, poor communication, office politics, very biased opinions and ego game, etc.) There is constant pressure to perform, but limited structured guidance or mentorship from leadership. As a result, employees may feel undervalued and easily replaceable. Overall, this environment may not be ideal for those looking for collaborative leadership, transparent communication, and growth-oriented mentorship.

Pros

My experience at LNG over the past few months has been very rewarding from a learning perspective. There is a lot of ownership from the start, and you get to collaborate with experienced and talented people who are always open to sharing knowledge. One thing that stood out to me is the level of transparency and trust within teams, there is a genuine effort to create an environment where people feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow.

Cons

The environment can be quite fast-moving, and priorities may evolve quickly, which requires being adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity at times. While it can occasionally feel demanding, it also creates strong learning opportunities and exposure to different challenges.
