      applying hire and fire poor management no development on training no respect for designers and artist since its a startup the company think of employes as cheap labour no leaves for 6 monts only one sick leave available for the month favouratism at its peak . new joinin memebers have realy work hard to be in good terms , no work life balace

      work life balance is ok.

      Cons

      Project management is muddled. Terrible politics. Projects keep getting cancelled. No job security. People with no skills can survive here by lying. Trash Hr keeps making terrible policies.
