Pros

* Good infrastructure and well-equipped office space * Competitive salary * Team includes experienced and motivated individuals * Company is still growing, with potential for future opportunities

Cons

Generally all and particularly the Art and Design team at the leadership level, can be difficult to work with. There appears to be a gap between current industry standards, their skills and experience level and how things are managed, which affects both the quality of output and overall workflow. Communication is often hard and unclear, and direction or feedback can be inconsistent, making it challenging to execute work efficiently. The culture is quite hierarchical, and navigating internal politics and dynamics can feel more important than the work itself at times (mis-management, poor communication, office politics, very biased opinions and ego game, etc.) There is constant pressure to perform, but limited structured guidance or mentorship from leadership. As a result, employees may feel undervalued and easily replaceable. Overall, this environment may not be ideal for those looking for collaborative leadership, transparent communication, and growth-oriented mentorship.
