This week marks my first anniversary at Little Sleepies, and I just have to say how grateful I am for this past year. From day one, I felt welcomed and supported. My team is full of kind, collaborative people who genuinely care about what they do — and about each other. I’ve grown so much in this role, not just in my technical skills but also in my confidence as a professional. I appreciate how leadership is open to feedback and encourages new ideas. When I speak up, I feel heard, and that’s something I don’t take for granted. The work can be fast-paced, but it’s exciting to see how much we accomplish together and how much pride everyone takes in the product.
