Pros

Frequent travel to Singapore for business, opportunities to push yourself better and fast

Cons

Unclear guide, too high expectations, too many system bug and too long responds from backend, make the CM overwhelmed with customer’s complaints. Product is too vague and not that user friendly.

Pros

Nothing. Maybe hybrid working.that’s all

Cons

Old products, a lot of bugs and tech debt. The new product is also a mess. Data is wrong all the time. Manager giving vague expectation, no leadership, review performance based on feelings. Treat unfair. Not recommend at all!!!

Pros

Supportive colleagues 18 days annual leave Private insurance

Cons

Hiring tends to spike at year-end due to backlog, but this is followed by budget cuts and layoffs Lack of proper onboarding and training for new hires Some responsibilities are not clearly communicated in the initial job description High turnover creates an uneasy and uncertain work environment Sudden terminations due to “budget efficiency,” even for employees performing well Employees asked to leave may still be required to complete exit formalities, which feels unnecessary Not ideal for working mothers some cases where employees returning from maternity leave were being forced to leave + especially for pregnant employees do not high hopes in this company Concerns around fairness in transitioning to permanent roles Poor tracking/management of leave balances (e.g., half-day leaves) In some cases, employees were asked to serve 30-day notice but only compensated with partial salary Salaries vary between employees with the same job scope. some employees who underperformed that month were retained.
