Pros

An excellent product (Edutech) that can go and grow far locally and overseas Plenty room of opportunities for employees to grow and start new projects (If you are up for it!) Small company hence close connection with Singapore and overseas teams

Cons

On-boarding new employees - No proper staff on-boarding plans - No new staff welcome package (It’s a nice touch to have) Current Employees - No HR system to check position, pay and leaves conveniently - High turnover rate - Employee benefits are average, nothing extraordinary - No opportunities such as workshop or courses Work scope - Processes/roles keeps changing and are not long term - Be prepared to self navigate and take on other tasks and projects Product - Low resolution time for debugging issues - Require a more solid product roadmap Singapore Office - Not conducive (too open and noisy) for employees to work in an optimal environment for product Trainings / Support work / Private sales meeting Marketing - To expand more on product branding/marketing on usage of LittleLives products on YouTube/FB/LinkedIn - To continue or lessen articles that are “general” topics about early childhood or parenting

Pros

- high ownership and empowerment - great opportunity to develop expertise and skills by handling cross-functional tasks - global environment that offers opportunities to expand knowledge in local compliance and international practices - fast-growing company, process gaps and operational challenges are inevitable, but it’s a perfect stage for problem-solvers to shine - ultimate playground for those who dare to do and strive to make things better - fair treat with benefits for high contributors and responsible individuals - competitive salary paired with hybrid/remote flexibility and minimal timezone gaps - supportive mates, non-politics and no gap between manager and team members

Cons

work-life integration, but it's worth if you want a fast-track and thrive on career ladder
