Lack of training and no structure, teams are growing with pain - Consultant LiveRamp Employee Review

Pros

Free catered food (not anymore, they switched to EatClub), free snacks and coffee, dog friendly office. 6% match 401K, ESPP.

Cons

The word "flexible" only exists when it fully depends on your manager. Some teams, the managers do not even understand and allow working from home once a week despite the fact that some people live 50+ miles away from the office. The workflow is very messy and teams are growing with pain. Lack of training and no structure for employees to follow with very manual processes. Also, they do not cover fully for your transportation cost like the other companies do. They only offer pre-tax benefit (which can only save up to 30-40% of the cost). Health insurance is not so good, either. Employees need to copay and high deductible. No annual bonus.

Fellow LiveRamper - Thanks for sharing your experience so far. I'd love to find a way to make it better, including working through your concerns with work location flexibility. Oftentimes miscommunication is behind several of the items you've raised here. Please do reach out and I'll connect you with a member of our People & Culture team. Also, one clarification on bonuses: As with many of our peers, LiveRamp does offer bonuses to a variety of our employees based on function and role type. I'd be glad to answer other questions related to our benefits as well. Just say the word. - Brandon
