6yFellow LiveRamper - Thanks for this review, especially the specific areas where you've seen things fall through the cracks as we've scaled this past year. In keeping with our culture of collaboration and continuous learning, here are some specific next steps based on your feedback:
- On pay and performance: Discussing with your manager is a good next step (if not already). And in addition, my door is open anytime to talk through our pay philosophy. Our aim to to make sure that every LiveRamper knows how their pay is determined, so let's get this right for you.
- On employee referrals: We value these a great deal! 1/3 of new hires come from referrals, though it sounds like we didn't close the loop with yours. Simply reach out to Erika Thorson-Garay, our Head of Talent Acquisition, with details on the roles you referred candidates into—that will help Erika's team ID and address the root cause.
- On health insurance: Our health coverage is in the top quartile relative to our peers. While that puts us well above average, there are surely companies feature even lower costs. We use employee feedback to determine where to invest in benefits, which led to our doubling of our 401(k) match to 100% in 2019, as well as 16 weeks of paid parental leave for our U.S. team.
- On anniversaries: We have a good solution for these moving forward, though let's get you your gift from the past year! Simply reach out to me and I'll personally make sure that you receive your anniversary swag.
