Pros
The people! I have yet to meet someone who isn't very bright, very helpful and non-presumptuous. The company truly cares about its employees. It's very inclusive and is constantly soliciting feedback to make sure this is a great place to work. The communication is excellent. There is PLENTY to learn. I'm learning something new every day - whether it be new technology or something about Ad-Tech.
Cons
Not much. The only possible downfall, which might be a positive for some, is that I am constantly doing different types of work. If you want to sink your teeth into a single product for a long time, this may not be the ideal place for you.
