Pros

There is not one pro to this company

Cons

-Stock is in the gutter -10% layoffs -The new P&C team -If you look at the glassdoor LiveRamp review titled "an entitled ungrateful organization" you will see how much emotional abuse occurs in P&C. That review is written in retaliation against the previous and current team members who wrote reviews about their negative experiences with the new P&C leadership team. I've uncovered the guise that the reviewer wants to confuse you with below :) 1. Why would a reviewer who has worked for the previous and current CHRO call all of their teammates an "ungrateful and entitled organization"? Why would your peers be "ungrateful" or "entitled"? Sounds like a parent calling their kids ungrateful. 2. They use the words "old regime" and "new regime". Teams are ever-changing. People come and go. Why would a team that is at the heart of the employee lifecycle use "US vs. THEM" terminology when we see people coming and going every day? You can fill in the blanks from there. 3. The reviewer states that the "new regime" has been "criticized for their incompetence" but in the same sentence criticizes teammate's past experience as if there's some sort of gold standard for HR. And let's say there was...it wouldn't be Micron, Motorola, or Flex.4. Furthermore to bullet 3, the reviewer calls out specific companies that P&C teammates have worked at as a personal attack. Why did they call out those people specifically? What if one of those people tried to get a job outside of LiveRamp, that review could potentially help identify those people and prevent them from further employment. 5. The reviewer writes as an "HR Generalist" who has been at LiveRamp for 2 years. This seems like a dubious claim. The reviewer wants to hide what their role really is because the review was written to put fear into the current employees. If you are on the P&C team you could easily decode that there is only one HR generalist and they've worked at LiveRamp for way longer than two years. 6. The reviewer writes "they got nothing done" in reference to said "old regime". You should ask in a town hall what P&C has accomplished this year.  7. "Stop whining and get some work done". Sounds like someone is pretty defensive and it also like they're trying to mitigate the bad reviews they received. How about you take your own advice and don't write a whiny review because you can't handle the heat?
