A company with nice written values.

I'd like to share my thoughts on the company. Unfortunately, it has consistently lacked transparency, which can be frustrating for employees. Decisions are primarily made in a top-down manner, leaving little room for input from the team. Additionally, it's evident that salaries do not align with market standards, and the promise of stock options seems to be unfulfilled. The sales management team has displayed a concerning level of passive-aggressiveness and a tendency to manipulate sales figures. These issues create a challenging work environment and impact overall job satisfaction.

In our commitment to transparency, we have implemented various initiatives to communicate and share information, such as Strategy Q&A sessions, Product Roadmaps, Weekly All-hands, and Finance Quarterly meetings, all designed to provide insights into the Livestorm vision.

-AMAZING and FRIENDLY team that actually cares about you -You can work from ANYWHERE in the world as long as you have WiFi -Fun offsite trips (all expenses paid) -Generous vacation policy -Pretty good pay for customer support roles

Cons

-I wish the hours were more flexible

- amazing culture, diversity & work life balance - a product that is continuously being innovated - always looks to improve the remote lifestyle - with new ways to connect as a team - great benefits, even on an international contract - off sites, generous vacation days etc.

Cons

Nothing that I can think of, honestly.
