Pros
Management is friendly, most coworkers are decent. The job is simple and you get to meet a lot of interesting people.
Cons
Raises don't keep up with cost of living. working 7 years i didn't get up to the pay that they were hiring people at in 2024. Turnover was high as though its not commission work there are associates who act like it is. Management listens but doesn't particularly act on anything for significant change. Its a job that you can get comfortable at but does not benefit you to stay long periods of time.
