The main Supervisor at this house leads with an authoritarian hand. All her memos to staff are negative. She is unapproachable and unwilling to make changes and even accommodate staff. Top management doesn't do anything to resolve this problem. She plays favorites to some staff and does everything she can to make it difficult for the people she doesn't like.
