Pros
Paid lunch as a pharmacist, however, be careful as they expect you to not have lunch on busy days. That’s it really.
Cons
Poor pensions - minimum, terrible benefits, unsafe working conditions. The most disorganised company I have ever worked for. From not approving holidays within reasonable time to overpaying bonuses and asking staff to refund them months later. You can’t make it up. Upper management treat the store staff with so much contempt, it’s unreal. Lack of support. Negative environment with unhealthy competition between stores leading to poaching of the best support staff. You’d think they would try poaching from other companies but no, they’d rather score own goals. Honestly, go elsewhere. As a pharmacist, you’re just a retail staff to them. They prey on newly qualified who are not privy to their reputation in the industry. So if you’re a pre reg/NQ, speak to older colleagues before accepting an offer with this terrible company.
