Struggling Agency - Anonymous employee LoSasso Integrated Marketing Employee Review

LoSasso prioritizes feedback and transparency with annual reviews, quarterly check-ins with the management & compensation discussions. You can see the way the company has adapted post-COVID with flexible hours, unlimited PTO and two days in-office weekly. It's evident leadership cares for the well-being and balance in employees. At the root, there are really good employees that are hard-working, professional and genuinely fun to work with.

The agency has had to endure a few rough outcomes in hires since the pandemic and I think it cost a lot of energy and resources to recover. In that capacity, it appears there is a discrepancy in tolerance of behavior for some long-term employees that also costs the agency time and resources.

Today officially marks my 10-year anniversary at LoSasso. Throughout my years here I have worked with some extremely talented people. More importantly I have been fortunate enough to work for a great agency with great benefits and very compassionate ownership. The owners, as well as management, sincerely does care about their employees and their overall goals. Not just career goals but short and long-term life goals. Many employees have even become close friends. There truly is a distinctive culture here at LoSasso that each employee takes pleasure in being a part of. Everyone takes such pride in the work we do here. Really good work that persistently is a collaborative effort throughout the entire agency. I look forward to many more years here at LoSasso as I continue to progress my career as a creative. I look forward to spending these years not just with my “coworkers” (to me they are more than that) but with friends, partners and collaborators all working together for that one goal—success. Truly, thank you for the past 10 years. And cheers LoSassin’s—past, present and future.
