LoSasso prioritizes feedback and transparency with annual reviews, quarterly check-ins with the management & compensation discussions. You can see the way the company has adapted post-COVID with flexible hours, unlimited PTO and two days in-office weekly. It's evident leadership cares for the well-being and balance in employees. At the root, there are really good employees that are hard-working, professional and genuinely fun to work with.

Cons

The agency has had to endure a few rough outcomes in hires since the pandemic and I think it cost a lot of energy and resources to recover. In that capacity, it appears there is a discrepancy in tolerance of behavior for some long-term employees that also costs the agency time and resources.

I am sorry your experience here didn’t go as well as all had envisioned, I hope you find an ideal fit. Thanks for your positive comments. The note about the start-up feel is right on. We do feel like a 30 year-old start up. The pace-of-change in the industry requires adaptability in all positions, and we all grow when we step outside our comfort zones. The constructive comments are appreciated as well. This is not the right fit for everyone.
