You can see the way the company has adapted post-COVID with flexible hours, unlimited PTO and two days in-office weekly. It's evident leadership cares for the well-being and balance in employees. At the root, there are really good employees that are hard-working, professional and genuinely fun to work with.
Cons
The agency has had to endure a few rough outcomes in hires since the pandemic and I think it cost a lot of energy and resources to recover. In that capacity, it appears there is a discrepancy in tolerance of behavior for some long-term employees that also costs the agency time and resources.
