Management seems completely disconnected from the actual effort required to complete projects. At times, the lack of planning and direction is so obvious that you start questioning who is actually managing the projects. There were moments when I genuinely felt the people doing the work had a better understanding of project execution than the people managing it. The culture rewards overwork instead of efficiency. Hard work is taken for granted, burnout is normalized, and urgency created by poor planning is passed down to employees.
