Poor organization and management. I was brought in with no onboarding process and no job description. After a year and a half, there was still no job performance review. I also knew employees who worked in the field who were scared to come into the office because they were worried they'd be scolded for something. I left the position because I couldn't tell where I stood with the company and had also reached the point that I was worried I'd be scolded for something I'd done wrong without ever being told what I was supposed to be doing.
