      Pros

      Good dedicated people who work here but are afraid to speak up for fear of losing their jobs. Used to be pros but everyday is getting worse. Looking for other alternatives.

      Cons

      Lots of petty bs , crab in a barrel antics. Employees don't trust upper management at all! Like a tv drama, they lie, "tattle", nothing is confidential, employees are vilified as being rude and disrespectful for offering suggestions to improve outdated processes. Which leaves people scared to speak up! Completely irrational, disconnected, chaotic, and disorganized upper management. Good leaders always leave due to the negative culture. It's only getting worse!

      The mission of the organization to help the community is admirable.

      Cons

      Poor organization and management. I was brought in with no onboarding process and no job description. After a year and a half, there was still no job performance review. I also knew employees who worked in the field who were scared to come into the office because they were worried they'd be scolded for something. I left the position because I couldn't tell where I stood with the company and had also reached the point that I was worried I'd be scolded for something I'd done wrong without ever being told what I was supposed to be doing.

      Cons

      Unprofessional President and upper leadership, if you go along to to get along you will do well. Nothing is kept confidential, very stressful. Also no upward movement.
