The remote culture allows some flexibility in your schedule Good benefits - when they are implemented correctly

Cons

Leadership is a mess - this is a a complete "yes" culture and anyone who dares to push back is ousted at the first possible chance Nothing is ever implemented correctly Nothing ever changes or gets done

Market salary, remote options, smart and passionate teammates.

Cons

-Nonsensical business strategy, declining revenue (minimal new business and increasing churn) -Inept leaders with no experience who blame their direct reports for their mistakes -“saas” company without a saas product; humans take care of every step in the customer journey, nothing automated/tech initiated -ideas to generate revenue overlooked and shot down, leadership blames executors for their failures -Confusing org chart and no growth potential (ex: I had to write my own job description)
