Stay away from this company - Software Engineer Locus Employee Review

CTO here is above average java developer at best, he has no people skills whatsoever. Codebase is in a very dire state, even student of Whitehat Jr can write better code. They have 2 appraisal cycles here, just so, that they can do 2 layoffs in a year (i believe they have started doing more layoff cycles than that). No proper product roadmap On call is hell I would highly recommend not to join locus even if you dont have any other job offer.
