      1. No leave policy 2. Lot of challenging things to work on 3. All day food available 4. Good for workaholics

      Cons

      1. No Leave Policy ( no holidays even on National holidays) 2. 6 day working 3. Higher management is extremely rude and takes pleasure in embarrassing people in front of everyone 4. Work is not appreciated 5. No fun happens at work, as opposed to what the website says 6. No personal life

      This place doesn't have any pros. It's mostly cons

      CTO is the most terrible human being I know. He makes it his motto to make our lives miserable. He is a proper bully. The management makes you work a minimum of 12 hours a day. Hikes are very low. They don't give stock refreshers to even the best performers. Unlimited leaves is a scam. They never approve leaves. CTO abuses you even if you take sick leave. Most toxic work enenvironmen. The HR team is a joke as they don't do anything for the employees. Stay away from this company

      Apart from good food, nothing is good here

      Cons

      CTO here is above average java developer at best, he has no people skills whatsoever. Codebase is in a very dire state, even student of Whitehat Jr can write better code. They have 2 appraisal cycles here, just so, that they can do 2 layoffs in a year (i believe they have started doing more layoff cycles than that). No proper product roadmap On call is hell I would highly recommend not to join locus even if you dont have any other job offer.
