      Pros

      Pay is good, perks and benefits are awesome. Great if you want to hit autopilot and flush out work without questioning management or needing guidance, leadership or mentorship.

      Cons

      Leadership is cut throat, not transparent or kept in check. Decisions from top down without communication. Shell company- Marketed as having great culture, but underneath is blind, disorganized and chaotic.

Our culture is great because we are a team that works hard and takes ownership of our individual success. If an individual believes that the culture is great because they can hit autopilot, then this probably isn’t the right place for that individual. We are working towards a stronger culture of transparency, one step in that direction is our newly hosted CEO’s Ask Me Anything, which has fostered more open communication. We appreciate the input and will continue to make steps to improve company transparency and guidance. Thanks again!

      Supportive and knowledgeable coworkers who genuinely want to help you succeed. Strong benefits package, remote flexibility, and wellness perks. Opportunities to take on projects outside your core responsibilities and accelerate your growth. A fast-paced environment where you can learn a lot in a short time. Leadership encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

      Cons

      Frequent organizational changes and shifting priorities can create uncertainty. Communication between teams and leadership isn't always consistent. Processes are still evolving, so some workflows can feel unclear or change frequently. Work-life balance can vary depending on the team and business needs.
