the teams supporting sales are helpful and nice.

Cons

the leadership for sales are inexperienced and territories are based on arbitrary land grabs and favorites instead of actually looking at data to split accounts fairly. only a few reps can achieve more than 60% their quota. sales culture claims to be performance based but that's just an excuse for bad management. avoid this company.

Pros – The top leadership. What does it take to get promoted? Performance or experience? Not really. Being part of the inner circle seems to matter more. Director, TA to TO — what a journey. More transparency, parity, and equity across all LM employees, not just one location, would go a long way.
