From first steps in the business world to running on my own two feet, Logical has given me the platform to develop my career. Environment, Culture, Incentives, progression and more! Logical have taken me from a raw and very junior graduate and given me the tools to develop my career where I am now building my own team. Not many organisations allow you to do that from having no experience in the industry to now looking to shape the future team. There are inspiring directors who joined as graduates and now run the UK and Australian divisions. If this doesn't motivate you I don't know what will. Logical is a company that constantly gives back to its employees and they do this time and time again with so many examples across the business units. Since joining almost 4 years ago I can honestly say I have never wanted to or even looked at another place to work!
