      Pros

      Such a close-knit team that welcome you with open arms and offer all the support you need. The director, Kurt, is so approachable and is there for you both professionally and personally- he genuinely wants to see his whole team thrive and succeed.

      Cons

      A small team- although they are rapidly growing.

      Pros

      Instantly felt very welcome, as if I'd known the team for ages. Friendly staff and had a good laugh when in the business. Definitely, a place you can be yourself.

      Cons

      For my job role, it wasn't the right place for me at the time. If you're looking for recruitment and flexibility, then it's definitely a place for you.

      Pros

      The staff here were extremely welcoming considering I started during a busy time for them. I was almost instantly trained up on key things I needed to know and am continuously learning every day! Incredible workplace and found my forever work family.

      Not a bad word to say about Logical!
